How do I know if I’m pregnant?

If you have had unprotected sex recently, there is a chance that you could be pregnant. You might have noticed certain irregularities in your body or behavior and are wondering if pregnancy is the cause. To find out for sure, you should take a pregnancy test and then have an ultrasound. This is the best way to confirm your pregnancy since a positive pregnancy test alone is not enough to guarantee that you have a viable pregnancy. If you have not taken a pregnancy test, you can look for these common early pregnancy symptoms:

  • a missed period
  • nausea
  • vomiting
  • breast tenderness
  • frequent urination
  • unusual food cravings or aversions
  • cramping

If you detect one or more of these symptoms, you might be pregnant. We recommend that you come to our clinic to receive a free pregnancy test and first-trimester limited ultrasound.

How much will my appointment cost?

Since we want to ensure that you are able to receive the care you need, we do not charge for any of our services. Your appointment and everything you receive during our appointment will be free.

Can I buy an abortion pill online?

We recommend that you do not. When you buy an abortion pill online, you cannot know for sure that you are receiving a safe product or that you are receiving the product that you expect.

Do you provide abortions?

We do not provide or refer for abortions at our clinic. What we offer is information about abortion procedures and risks, so you have the knowledge that you need to make an educated choice. We will also answer any questions that you have about abortion. You can be sure that your pregnancy decision is yours to make.

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

Yes. We understand that you are going through a stressful time, so we are happy to allow you to bring someone with you for support. You are not alone in your pregnancy journey, and you do not have to come to your appointment alone either.

Do you offer free pregnancy testing?

Yes, everything we offer is free, including lab-quality pregnancy tests. If you are interested in our free pregnancy testing services, you can make an appointment today.

Can I be pregnant and have an STI?

It is possible to be pregnant and have an STI. Having an STI while pregnant is dangerous for both you and the fetus. If you think you might be pregnant, we strongly encourage you to get tested for STIs. You can receive free STI testing and treatment for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea in our clinic.

When should I get an ultrasound?

The time to get an ultrasound is after you have had a positive pregnancy test. At that point, you are having an ultrasound to verify that your pregnancy is viable to carry to term. We will offer you a first-trimester limited ultrasound for free after you have a positive pregnancy test in our clinic. While we do not schedule ultrasounds online, you can schedule an appointment for a lab-quality pregnancy test.

Will my insurance company find out about my appointment?

No. Since everything we offer to you is free, there is no need to inform your insurance company. We value your confidentiality, so we will not tell anyone about your appointment. No one will find out that you visited our clinic unless you choose to share that information.

I’m not sure what to do next. Can you help?

Our knowledgeable and caring staff will be happy to help you with your decision-making journey. We have helped thousands of women and men who have previously been in your situation, so we have the experience to serve as a valuable resource. We can discuss your options, telling you more about each one, and ensuring that you have what you need to make an informed choice.
